RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

Return Policy

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Day 1 is the day your product is delivered to you. You have until the end of the 15th day return period for the carrier to be in possession of the item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging with ALL contents provided. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which you will find in your email.

Please note that if the product is opened and there are no issues with the machine, returns and refunds are not supported. We have a technical number available to you for assistance in setting up your box (888) 878-7332 and providing assistance. Set up instructions are thorough and included in your purchase as well as located HERE.

KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us at support@vseeboxsales.com in the event you have questions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY

Your product has a 1-year warranty. vSeeBox warrants the product. If there’s any hardware issue within the warranty period, contact us for replacement/repair.

​

Please enter the device’s MAC number to check the relevant warranty information. You can find the device MAC number which is printed under the machine and the package.
