Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.

 

Orders placed after 11am EST may be processed the next business day, however we strive for same day shipping. We ship UPS 2-DAY AIR. We do not ship or process orders on Sunday.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PAYMENT PROCESSORS CONDUCT A FRAUD CHECK ON ALL ORDERS. THERE MAY BE AN HOUR IN ORDERS REACHING US FROM THE TIME YOU PLACE THE ORDER.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

All orders in the U.S. will ship from our fulfillment center in Florida 32118. The estimated shipping period is 2 business days via UPS (2-DAY AIR).

When your order has been processed and is ready for shipping you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders placed by 11 am EST are shipped the same day excluding Sunday. Orders placed by 10 am EST on Saturday are shipped same day.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. vSeeBox Corp. will file the claim and be the claimant.  

​

We will work with the carrier or insurer to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used or insurer).

​

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 

TRACKING

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is entered for shipping. When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go to the tracking page.

CHANGE OR CANCEL

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.
